Pros

Fun atmosphere to work in from a marketing perspective. We were allowed to watch the last 10 minutes of each home game we worked -- with good seats too! A great part-time gig for full-time students.

Cons

Very limited (if any) opportunities to network with management; you're really just a number in this role.

Pros

Bucks are set in building a strategy on and off the court to be the best organization in the world. There's only one direction to go and that is up !

Cons

You better be ready and dedicated to your Job. The entire culture is focused on performance and tangible results. If you have a weak stomach get out or don't apply
