Pros

no pros for this company at all!

Cons

if you are a hard worker you will get fired or you won't get promoted because they only like workers who sit around all day doing nothing and bragging about their lives and about how many women they sleep with.

Pros

High quality tools and breadth of line. Quick to market with new products and checks won't bounce.

Cons

-the negativity starts at the top with upper management and trickles down into the sales force -high sales force turnover resulting from high pressures and overreaching expectations on the bare bones sales force. - company moral is bad "cover your rear end" is joke amongst sales team members. -too many generals not enough soldiers.

Pros

The Milwaukee Tools brand is respected throughout the construction industry. Fun job that could be in a nice cosy office one day and out and about the next. There was some overnight travel, but very minimal. My base salary wasnt very good, but the reimbursed expenses(car, phone, office, internet, etc) were generous. Freedom to be creative in sales promotions and marketing for my accounts. Company truck was NOT decaled and there were no restrictions on normal personal use

Cons

They based sales goals for each month by the prior years month. Made it difficult to his the number if there was a great promotion running the prior year. No commission meant no incentive for sales growth. Medical Ins is a little pricey and not that great. Leadership Development Program brought a different sales force environment that rubbed alot of traditional distributors the wrong way.
