Pros

-Great Brand. The respect people had for the Milwaukee brand and its tools is second to none. -An extremely fun job. -Tons of new tools to show. -I was able to get into places most people can only drive past because of the inovative new products being launched.

Cons

-No clear understanding on how the sales numbers were determined. -TR's are responsible to help with Senior Accounts, but those sales numbers didnt factor into our personal numbers. -No clear direction for launching new tools. A new tool would come out and that would become top priority until the next one launched and the previous tool was forgotten about

Pros

Good career progression and money if you don’t have other transferable skills for other industries and you don’t care so much about other things. You can stay there forever, follow what the management wants, and earn a lot.

Cons

Everything is subjective up to the management. People do things not because it is important but to make the management happy. Sometimes they just do things for “show” and management never really see the ongoing issues.
