Pros

- Gets you accustomed to coding environment after university. When coming out of university you realise you don’t even know how to start a project or what an ENV even is. Mimecast gives you the necessary experience to get into the software engineering life.

Cons

Can be daunting at first and time management might be difficult due to time zones of the various teams.
