      Pros

      - People - Great team environment. Everyone is overly willing to help and collaborate with their peers. - Management - Engaging and responsive. Constantly asking for feedback from employees and welcomes constructive criticism to continuously improve employee satisfaction/happiness. - Work/Life Balance - Open PTO policy. Take time off whenever needed. - Platform/Services - Mimeo's solution truly is best of it's kind. While we don't win every opportunity, we rarely (if ever) lose because of functionality or ease-of-use/user experience.

      Cons

      - Not the most exciting topic to discuss with customers (print material), but it's a definite need and market fit! Print may be dying in some markets, but it's sustaining and/or growing in many others.
