Pros
If you're willing to learn and put in the effort Mimeo is a very rewarding place to work. I've made more money here in my 4 years than I would have ever thought imaginable going into it. Mimeo hires from within and is always looking to promote it's own employees before looking outside. The work life balance is incredible and I've never been turned down on a vacation request. The employees all get along great and go out together during the week. I've read a lot of negative reviews about Mimeo and it's almost surprising. I think a lot of the negativity comes from people who believe they were owed something instead of working hard and proving themselves. At the end of the day if you're working in sales you need to put up numbers regardless of what organization you work for. For some people it's easier to blame the organization and other people for their own shortcomings.
Cons
Communication between sales and other departments can get better. Outside of sales some of the other departments lack accountability for their work causing simple, avoidable, mistakes that sales usually answers for to the clients.
