      Pros

      The pros of working at mimeo are great benefits and Mimeo treats employees very well. High quality of work is done and the people that work at mimeo are great to be around.

      Cons

      Catering to clients that use old technology can get frustrating. The technology stack is stuck in a .NET mindset with little desire to expand into more diverse frameworks.

      Pros

      Can't ask to work for(with) better people. There is complete transparency here from you the AE to your director to the VPs... open communication. Its not the type of company where you wont know upper management and be involved in the discussion. I like coming to work and its because the product sells itself and I like who I work with.

      Can we get more junk food in the kitchen ?

      Pros

      The culture that exists within Mimeo is unmatched. Despite it being a 15 year old company at this point in time, the culture is just like a start up. Work hard, make money, have fun. I'd say it would be hard to find a place where every single person that puts in effort each day is as happy as they are at Mimeo.

      Cons

      Industry isn't the most exciting, but it's not going away any time soon.
