I would agree with others who say that there is something wrong with Mimeo. Management is inmature. For all years Mimeo has been in the market it could establish itself as a good employer. No rewards, no bonuses, no raises. Even taxes they pay for you over a year is less then it should be. So when it's time to send a tax return you still owe IRS a few thousands. I believe they are trying you to think you make more money than you really do. Overall quite a negative experience in each area.

Mimeo seems to be a company with no real strategy. I can't see what it will look like in 5 years. The company is literary dying. All moves they make do not look right. The whole company doesn't look right. You may get good first impression but then you would regret wasting your time with Mimeo. Don't ruin your career. Management doesn't care about its employees. Might be they think they do - but it's not what you would want from them. In comparison with other companies there is nothing what can be considered as a pro.
