Pros
Unmatched culture on the CSM team! The customers who do use Mimeo have an obvious value proposition but it is super niche to L&D teams. Top down view is to narrow the overhead into one single production facility (Memphis). Those savings/proceeds are being injected into the sales force employees. The revenues that come off of new sales push will help pave way for the next wave of developers to build out the platform with new products and better UX. I have confidence that Mimeo will overcome challenges and rise up. There are a lot of perks to working for a privately held/ tech based company.
Cons
-Change/growth is hard to tackle. -Leadership desperately needs to stop deferring responsibility and get more detailed in their strategy. -Relatively challenging to get team consensus for specialty requests. -Production needs improvements but it's a very intricate system to renovate.
