      Not a bad place for the short-term

      Pros

      Meetings are very short (standup meetings), the coworkers are very helpful, there is very little overtime if you do your (reasonable amount of) work, and teams often have lunch together.

      Cons

      There weren't many downsides, but the work environment isn't the best, if you would be in software development. The room is akin to a semi-dark basement; it's depressing. Opening the windows and letting in the light wouldn't hurt.

      Pros

      The majority of the employees really love the company and are dedicated to its success. Positive work environment. I'm happy to know that the executive team is taking a serious focus on employees, employee engagement and looking for ways to make Mimeo a great place to work.

      Cons

      Mimeo has many of the same challenges as other growing companies...lots of moving parts, additions to the product line, process improvement, change, etc. If you don't enjoy a fast pace and/or change, you may not be as fulfilled as some.

      Pros

      Excellent technology, great position in the market. Team is made up of really good people who respect individuals and work hard to accomplish team objectives. Lots of improvement in proactive communications to the broader groups - facility town halls, bi-monthly leadership meetings, and alike.

      Cons

      A lot of "learning on the job". The decision to invest in training should pay dividends to help with some gaps in this area. Company has also put in place a feedback tool to get more proactive feedback from employees that seems to be helping.
