hard work doesn't pay off. favoured members of the sales team who make no calls receive bonuses from accounts never earned by them. I can't tell you how many people have been fired on the spot with no justification or warning. Simply not meeting a target (a target based on others sales and so impossible to predict) slimey management treat meetings like an episode of the apprentice and don't care about your development. i was told i was not suitable after 9 months of being told how well i was doing. developed shingles (probably from the stress) and so was off for three weeks, fired on the phone! no warning, told i wasn't suitable. bullied, sexually harassed shouted and sworn at. people fired at random with no warning i'm sure it's totally illegal. mind you many illegal practices going on... just work somewhere else. anywhere else.

- Management are poor and had created a toxic working environment - When i was there HR were unprofessional and didn’t take concerns seriously - Very poor training - lack of communication - All management are very close friends and it doesn’t feel like they support the people they are in charge of and you can’t speak to them about concerns you have. - Bullying is an issue - Gossip was a problem - No opportunities for promotions - Managers are all German and it’s a UK company, no opportunity if you can’t speak German - many have left for similar reasons and nothing seems to be done about certain managers/employees
