      Pros

      Fast pace, innovative company. Can be cut throat but in a positive way, they don't mess about if something is not working they deal with it, learn from it and move on - very big on personal development and training which is really refreshing

      Cons

      Communication could be better and getting down to all members of staff, just because the board know what the core values are etc, if it is not communicated properly to the staff you cannot expect them to know them. Needs to work harder on getting the communication going

      Great co-workers, pay and benefits are above average

      Cons

      Micro-management, way too many chiefs but not enough Indians. Some salaried employees can do whatever they want while others feel like they are constantly under a microscope. Allowing some teams to participate in summer hours while others cannot, even of their job allows it.
