Pros
- they understand that they are failing - there are some people who are advanced in technologies - work life balance is pretty much good
Cons
- the company pretends to be agile but in reality they got stuck with very old and outdated stuff they've had forever - short of skilled resources (I guess because of limited budget) - low base salary - poor benefits (medical insurance is bad, no sick days) - almost no annual merit increase - bonus is a joke comparing to other hi-tech companies - comparing to other software companies - there is not much to choose this one - no real carrier opportunity since there is no place for that
