Pros

Great perks like Friday hot breakfast and very fun parties. The company makes a lot of money so they have resources to be stable, i.e. They pay you on time, benefits, etc.

Cons

The call center is segregated from the rest of the company. It's focused not on support for the customer, nor on making it easy to support customers but on profit alone. This means you're treated like a number, new ideas are ripped to shreds and the turn over is extremely high.

First and foremost, a great huge thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Albeit we just recently received our Customer Care call center employee survey results which indicated that 41% of our job satisfaction drivers exceeded expectations, I am very sorry to read that you did not experience the same level of satisfaction during your stay at MindGeek. And you are quite right; we do expect a high level of engagement and performance from all our departments. But this, in turn, ensures we have the ability and can strive to offer the best workplace there is to our most important organizational edge: our people! Thanks again for the feedback and I do sincerely hope you find fulfillment in your next professional endeavor.

Pros

Not much to put here

Cons

Unstable working environment. Your job is never secure. Turnover of employees is super high. Every few weeks they have ads for the same positions. Promotions, raises and bonus are not given based on performance, but based on the relationship you have with the manager. Politics. Bro mentality. Incompetent, sociopaths running the departments. Not 13 salaries. Low wage compared to the profits of the company and the nature of the job
