Pros

The company gives you Professional challenges, competitive salary, good work environment, free breakfast and benefits (including 500$ a year for a gym membership).

Cons

As in every big multinational company, any change takes time to happen. Promotions, budget approvals, strategies approval and other decisions take time.

Pros

MindGeek has a lot to offer any IT professional. A few years at MIndGeek can help build ones skills to be able to tackle any type of challenge. In short, MindGeek is a fantastic stepping stone to build ones career and knowledge. Plus... free breakfast and fun holiday parties.

Cons

Parking is a huge issue. Do not expect to get any. Insurance benefits cater more to single people. Not the greatest for someone with a growing family. 40hr work week for IT, destroys work/life balance. Some employees with identical titles have 3 weeks vacation others have only 2 weeks. Washrooms are in short supply. 600 men share 9 toilet stalls. You may find yourself having to leave the building. Salaries do not seem to be standardized. Someone doing the same job as you may be making 15K more. Very easy to stop caring when you realize this. Promotions and title changes do not get you a raise.
