Pros
1. Get to work with academicians as well as people just from the industry. The team consists of a lot of people who have had PhDs from multiple domains as well as people with just Bachelor's but doing great. You get to work with a mix of talented people. 2. Mindbody stays true to it's name and heavily focusses on the well being of its employees which is a great plus point. 3. The AI team especially focusses a lot on learning and offers variety of resources to add to that.
Cons
Won't be a downside but if the team is new, have to deal with ambiguity otherwise no downsides.
