      Huge layoffs

      Pros

      Loved the company, team, and perks. CEO came out with lots of great new perks: company wide wellness days off per month, wellness week off for christmas, unlimited PTO Felt like my team and manager were engaged and supportive of my learning and success. Onboarding was great.

      Cons

      25% of company laid off with a 6 minute zoom call from the CEO. Managers were totally unaware, seems like the entire company was unaware this was coming down the pike. Sales quotas were recently lowered and wellness days and weeks were given to the whole company. If the company is in financial danger, why lower quota and fire the sales team? Why give everyone literal days off at the EOM/EOQ? Communication regarding the layoff situation has been extremely poor - no one knows what severance packages are looking like, what final pay is, unemployment, etc. Layoffs over COVID were handled better than this.

      Pros

      Amazing work life balance. Interesting work but sometimes legacy work could be a huge pain.

      Cons

      Not going to lie, was victim to a huge layoff. Executive leadership was all over the place. The work wasn't steady as plans often change without warning. I would't recommend a long tenure here for anyone.
