Don't be fooled by the shiny objects or company slogans. This company has a real problem with passive aggressive leadership. They will smile to your face while stabbing you in the back. When things start going badly the company leadership will turn on you in a hurry. Lot's of fake nice leadership.

I am working in mindbody for last 2 years. My overall experience was great, payscale is good. Management is having a clear vision for company and employees benefits. Work diversity, appreciation and opportunities are way better than other companies.

Cons

Your growth is fully depends on your manager but you can reach out to higher managements if you want.
