      The new CEO has taken micromanaging to a new dimension. Your screen is monitored when you work on a ticket to ensure that you are not taking any breaks between writing up an email or taking the next call. If you do you get notified by a team whose only purpose is to notify you when you are taking more time than allocated. And, the time allocated for calls or ticket management is set up to make you fail to adhere to it.
