      * Great benefits * Learn the skills of how to work in completely chaotic environment * Passion for products is strong

      Cons

      * No consistency, transparency or logic behind how people are paid. * In my opinion executive management's credibility gap is hands down the biggest gap I have every witnessed and the worst part is they unapologetically don't care. * In my opinion, this is a culture of blame and excuses by top leaders. * In my opinion, layoffs are the first choice for action, not the last choice.

      Great team. great culture. very collaborative. benefits pre-covid were great. Some opportunity to move into other parts of the company, but a bit limited.

      product was difficult for a lot of customers. lots of bugs that never got fixed.
