      Pros

      Recently started at MINDBODY. - work/life balance, flexibility - everyone is super friendly and welcoming which is always important when joining a company - lots of resources to help with learning - planned and structured training plan - remote working but you also feel part of, lots of different social groups you can take part in and trips etc. - technical set up was quick and efficient, hardware requests were not a problem and arrived promptly. - excellent benefits - looks to be lots of room for growth

      Frequent LayOff and Toxic work culture

      Pros

      No Pros as such, it is giving WFH facility because they have small office in India-Pune. But lots of chaos regarding work. After Nov2022 and May2023 Lay off it became toxic to stay so whoever were not laid off tried there references to switch. If you do not have Job then only apply otherwise try for some other option.

      Cons

      -Toxic working environment -No help regarding any work you getting assigned as lay off keeps happening -If you joining new then off course, it will be difficult to get gelled with old people. They have though like new joiner joined with heavy sal so though you try heard it is dificult to get much technical help so you will always be on fire
