      Great Company If You Fit The Mold

      Pros

      Lots of PTO Laid Back (for the most part) Lots of training and available tools to do the job

      Cons

      If you dont fit the mold, you get treated like a leper They dont have much patience or consideration for medical issues forcing people out of work HR practices differ from department to department due to undertrained management

      Starting pay a little low at head quarters and housing locally can be an issue. Parking also gets full. Growing pains?
