      The emphasis on a positive, collaborative culture is very high. Top leadership is courageous and empathetic; and that really trickles down to the other leaders and employees. Transparency is high. Initiative is encouraged and rewarded, and so is collaboration and teamwork. Flexible work arrangements are offered and sometimes encouraged.
