      Pros

      Mindbody has a fantastic culture. Everyone is genuine and willing to assist one another. Management genuinely care about employees and their wellbeing.

      Cons

      Constant change means many decisions are not thought out in terms of process which can sometimes impact the customer experience.

      Pros

      I joined MIND BODY only a few months back so I don't have a background on how things were before. But I have been here for some time and can note my perspective - - India location is growing. Its seen as a important location. With plans to expand in this market it makes for a good opportunity. - Management is very open. I have seen free flow of information (good and bad) which is good as the management understands they need to be transparent - Adding to the above point, the people are welcoming. If you have an idea, suggestion, view .. people are there to listen and consider it. It makes you feel a part of the team. - It is a relatively small organization and hence very agile. It responds to market needs quickly. We need to be on our toes all the time

      Cons

      - India management and location is in a nascent stage and needs a lot of maturing to do. The focus is on older employees which is understandable but they need to start involving everyone sooner to avoid new employees getting disengaged.
