Pros

The Central Coast (and more directly San Luis Obispo) is a great area to live in. Your co-workers are the best at work pro. You will go to work primarily for the team you work with.

Cons

They pay their top performers too little. I have watched one skilled co-worker after another leave for better pay and a better opportunity to grow. Growth is very limited, management was mostly put there due to when they started working for the company.

Pros

There is a true work-life approach to working there. Yoga and pilates and massages at the office and lot of very active, fit people.

Cons

The company seems to be growing at too quick a rate which affects the product and makes it difficult in a client facing position. Salaries could also be much more competitive.
