Stupid organisation- Unprofesional people-Waste of time
Pros
Work from home is the only reason but it is of no use. Lots of work load and no idea about the work. You will be working like robo, sometime you won't be sure about which code repository or project you need to work to complete the assigned work. No one has proper idea about the projects.. yes you will be having ownership of multiple projects whose even code repository you won't be having any idea.
Cons
Extremely stupid organisation-no future plan, no proper project management, unnessasary professionalism, no help from anyone, you will regret for joining the company... Clueless environment... Old people won't help you , won't be giving you KT properly.. if you want to test your patience level then only join this stupid organisation. If you have good exposure and have gutfeeling that you can get another job offer after 5-6 months then join it and enjoy the stupid way of project management, you will surely enjoy the unnessasary professionalism, then resign after 6 months.. you can't get such life changing experience even paying the money so please join and have a feel of it. No worries you will get the job outside later .. have a fun, and don't ask for help to anyone there just try if you can otherwise just try infinitely alone!!
