      Pros

      Great culture; uses data-driven analytics to measure success so you never have to guess how you're doing. Great leadership and environment overall.

      Cons

      The company grows by acquisition which is great for fast growth and more revenue for development. However, when I left, post-covid, the infrastructure wasn't in place to fix software issues that were causing headaches for customers. My singular frustration was that my hands were tied while trying to help my customers which lead to customer relationships disintegrating, overall frustration for both sides, and customers leaving the software for competitors.
