Benefits are fantastic (medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, company wellness days, 401k match, development, wellness stipend, maternity/paternity leave, etc).

Cons

Huge push to focus jobs in cost competitive markets and less opportunities for promotions than there once were. Additionally, salaries are not as cost-competitive as other companies within the tech industry.

This place functions like a cult, all of the satellite offices are wack, parking was $15 dollars a day with $17/hr pay

The people are wonderful! Able to work from home

Cons

So many team members leaving the company. With Josh McCarter and Sunil both leaving and more CP execs leading the company is is starting to feel like a different company. We are quickly losing the strong culture that MB once had. It's sad to see.
