      Pros

      If you’re young and interested in starting a career in B2B Saas sales, Mindbody can be a launch pad for you to learn and get your feet wet

      Cons

      They’ve gone from consultative sales to MUCH more of a turn and burn kind of sales cycle and the way they structure sales tiers and over hire entry-level sales employees makes it really difficult for someone new to sales to be successful unless you are EXTREMELY committed and extremely naturally talented.

      The people you work with are amazing, and that’s about it!

      Cons

      - Compensation is a JOKE! You can’t keep blaming COVID for not paying people market rates. - The do-more-with-less attitude of executives caused burnout - Promotions should not be the only way to get a salary adjustment. - The legacy product is challenging to design for. - lots of empire building by product teams. Deep silos between B2B and B2C make it challenging to get design solutions shipped. - designer to PM is not 1:1
