      Low Pay for Expectations

      Pros

      The work is fairly manageable, remote work is nice, decent time off allocations.

      Cons

      Benefits got cut due to covid, very low pay for how much they expect us to do especially when you consider other agencies like the Trevor Project pay people $20 to start. Expectations increased during covid after laying off 700+ employees with no increase in compensation 11 months later.

      some great people, written values, free exercise programs

      Cons

      Being led at the top by a venture capital firm now and forcing process and reporting that has never been done before. They don't put employees first as evidenced by how they handles layoffs and reduced salaries for employees while giving millions to charities.

      Mindbody went downhill since it was purchased by a Private equity firm Jobs are out sourced to cheaper markets just look at the careers page Many Benefits are gone Founder and CEO that championed company's values left the company Salary is lagging behind
