Product management is too much dependent on US which impact engg teams. No extra budget for team building or annual events. Late night meetings for senior folks. Company's long term vision or roadmap is not clear enough.

A very hands off approach to managing their employees. A great attempt at communication.

Cons

Layoffs were without warning. Support was transfered overseas which drasticly decreased quality. Prices of the product were raised dramaticly.
