Pros

Work/life balance, amazing wellness benefits (wellness days off, wellness stipend), great and really smart people, SO much professional growth opportunity if you take advantage of it. Lots of potential for this company.

Cons

Layoffs/restructuring were a bit unsettling. Feel better now with new leadership to take things to the next level and work out the many technical/product kinks that are within the MB software.

Pros

Great employees, good time off provided, and company focuses on health and wellness.

Cons

Does not offer a competitive salary. Many changes in past 2 years of leadership, the company is sadly not what it used to be. Has had several large layoffs, employees burn out is a big issue and many people are continuing to leave in large numbers. Sadly would be cautious about working here unless leadership vision improves and company becomes more financially stable.
