      Pros

      Immediate team and direct manager were amazing people, their (now let go) HR team did a great job at finding good hearted ekployees. Decent benefits and commissions structure. Clients were great.

      Cons

      No REAL care for staff. Mass redundancies have been done more than acceptable based on absolutely no reasonable excuses. Company went under different management who had now turned the company into his initial business idea. Make a lot of promises about product and charge clients extortionate amounts for service without the effort to make it better. Ran by a bunch of white men with little to NO diversity for ethnicities or gender. It was a great place to work now I would recommend for anyone with real goals and ambitions to stay as far away as possible.
