      Pros

      Good work culture and work life balance.

      Cons

      1. No job security. 2. Frequent Layoffs. 3. Not at all good for freshers, you will not get to learn new things here. 4. Very very slow training process for freshers, you won't get to work on real projects for a long time. 5. No knowledge gain ir hands on experience during internship. 6. Relatively less pay. The list goes on.
