This is by far the most unethical company I have ever worked for. Leadership is completely clueless and has no real direction. They prioritize cutting costs over everything else, firing and rehiring most of the work to low paid LATAM workers while ignoring the employees who actually keep the company running. People are constantly being fired with no warning, making job security non existent. Employees are treated as disposable, and leadership has zero interest in their well being. The company is full of empty promises and a toxic work culture that drains morale. On top of that, customers regularly complain about the app, but nothing ever gets fixed. Issues are ignored, just like employee concerns. I would strongly advise against working here, it’s unstable, disorganized, and an all around terrible place to be.
