Mindbody reviews

The leadership at Mindbody definitely needs some work. Structurally it looks sounds - however, once you begin to work there you realize they have had problems. The product itself is great and has built a reputation in the industry (only thing that keeps them alive). But the management is facing an uncompromising battle. Low pay and no job security (they have had two mass firings in the past 3 years and first to go is always sales and marketing with no warning - I was let go during the covid mass layoffs).

Biggest con is job security. You can be fired whenever they want
