- Flexible hours - Work life balance - Decent pay - Remote work - Latest tech stack - Wellness allowance - PTOs and wellness days If you keep layoff thing aside, it's possibly very cool organisation to work with.

Cons

- Try to live with core values of Mindbody. Show some empathy towards employee and think of their liabilities before just go and tell them today is your last working day. Execution of lay-off activity can be better. - Management makes contradictory/false claims always. At one end they said we have enough money to run the organisation and in next 1 month they laid-off around 500+ employees globally. I didn't see any other cons to be honest. As long as you are in good books of managers, they will not lay you off. People with ethics and values can think before joining Mindbody.
