Some of the best reasons to work at Mindcolor Autism is because they offer a full schedule for full time RBTs, they provide materials, and they encourage a healthy work to life balance by promoting their health and wellness benefits! They know the meaning of taking care of their employees and do so with a budget friendly enough to host team building and bonding activities as well as engagement activities center wide.

Cons

Having all the answers to questions during the training period can be difficult to navigate as there are so many people who work for Mindcolor!
