      I loved working with the clients and my RBT's.

      Cons

      I received no beneficial support from upper management after 5 different meetings with various supervisors about my concerns about therapy services and the lack of support I was getting.

      great employees, incredible atmosphere, opportunities for growth, client and staff dedication well balanced.

      Cons

      wish i was given more pay given my years of dedication to the company, however I was given multiple pay raises, just small ones.
