Pros

Wisconsin has a lack of good providers and kids here need help. The biggest pro for Mindcolor is having a presence in the state.

Cons

However the working conditions are abysmal. There is no one to escalate issues to. I genuinely worry about the use of constraints for kids and safety protocols. They rely completely on the judgement of the local team but oversight is absent. There is also rampant favoritism. Some people have been anointed and it is their work against yours. If you are an RBT, you will not be valued here one bit.

Constant churn, no consistency and low work life

It started off okay and I liked many of the people I worked with until they all started leaving.

Cons

Therapist turnover is a significant concern and behavior analysts are constantly on the schedule providing direct therapy instead of supervision. We are expected to work at the top of our license but that's not the experience in Springs. Leadership is all talk and no action.
