      Good company to work for

      Pros

      Great work life balance. You can learn a lot if working with strong teams. It's been great working remotely and still having that collaboration piece. Our teams communicate well and are just solid.

      Cons

      Not much interaction with the CEO, Marc. I wish he had more of a presence especially for virtual team members.

      Pros

      - In general, everything well planed from the development environment to production environment - Agile methodologies applied to the development flow properly - People are easy to talk and friendly from the developers to management. - Using most the technologies, from old to new(modern) technologies - They have their internal products.

      Cons

      - They are consulting other companies, so, depend to the company, communication and relationbetween other company on tech stack might be little hard to manage.
