      Pros

      1. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful, from the Recruiters to the Management and the Administration Team. 2. They recruit only the best people, so we get to work with the best people. 3. They try to do nice things for us like a Christmas party and other "get-togethers" during the year. 4. Interesting and fun team building events like last year's Robotics Hackathon

      Pros

      -Extremely Supportive Staff -Recruiters provided support throughout employment, always looking out for my best interests. -HR and Office Managers were extremely responsive and helpful to traversing any issues. - Other Mindex staff were excellent to work with and extremely knowledgeable (Mindex appeared to only hire the best of the best!) -Competitive Salary and Benefits -Company really cared about their employees

      -None that come time mind. It was great to work for Mindex.

      Great company, great professional talent

      Pros

      Consultants are treaty very well at Mindex. They offer competitive salaries, good benefits, and work with their consultants to meet their current interests and career goals. They realize their consultants are what make their company a top supplier of talented professionals, and this is certainly reflected in their interactions with their consultants. Mindex consultants have been some of the best technical talent I have worked with through out my career.

      Cons

      As a consultant at Mindex, there is no bench time if a contract is terminated.
