Shout out to my recruiter who made me feel important and valued. I was let go from my employer without notice and was overwhelmed with job searching. I had several interviews that turned into being ghosted or not getting an offer. My recruiter at Mindex took the time to understand my skills and she found a great opening for me. I was so happy to have received a job offer, and thanks to her help in aligning this role with me. Good work life balance!

Cons

Adequate growth opportunities for everyone While the work culture is positive, there could be an improvement for promotions and vertical movement within the company.

Low pay and benefits took a downward turn recently Pressured against using "unlimited time off" Lack of feedback/transparency Employees (at least for Paychex work) are disposable High turnover and team switches Unethical termination practices (Frames layoffs as fires with no severance just before retirement vesting kicks in)
