I previously would have given the company a high rating (with some trepidation about the client) but somewhere around mid 2022 there was serious shift. Anxiety was up, unrealistic expectations became the norm and hypocrisy was rampant (ex. Don't work overtime but also get everything done or else) They go on and on about their great culture but they won't prioritize employee well-being over the client. Their largest client (Paychex) currently has a very toxic work culture and poor mid level leadership but Mindex won't advocate for their staff (your will be a disposable resource if that is what it takes) it can be very jaring because it was a great place to work for a long time. While I wouldn't recommend working here to a friend I would say it is still worthwhile to work there if you need a gig but to be cautious, look out for yourself because they won't. Remember that a company is not your friend, even if they pretend to be.
