      - They care about their employees - Work/Life balance - Great benefits- health, HRA, Vision etc

      - PTO policies could be better.

      Mindex cares about your growth and learning, great culture, great people, smart people, advanced tech stacks, competitive pay, 40 hours a week with seldom overtime.

      Pros

      I joined Mindex in 2021 and I'm so happy that I made the change. I wasn't actively looking and by chance connected with one of their recruiters. She made the process very easy and ideal. She took the time to figure out what my needs were and made sure that the role at Mindex was a fit for me and my team. I would recommend Mindex to anyone looking for a great company with a flexible work life balance.

      Cons

      Minor, but I'd like to see better benefits. The benefits are average and I think there's room for improvement.
