      Pros

      Mindex is a medium sized, family owned, technology company. Owner cares about their employees, coworkers are excellent, working environment is flexible, the work is challenging, and there's zero bureaucracy

      Cons

      To be honest, there aren't many cons at all to working at Mindex. I love it.

      Great People though the culture seems to be shifting

      Pros

      Great people with a good work life balance

      Cons

      Implemented "Unlimited" PTO where you are required to justify you're time off if they consider it too much. Too much is subjective. This is a concerning change in the more laid back culture of the company.

      Pros

      There is room for improvement. Pretty big promotions and team movements after the annual performance review. Excellent culture as well. Allow working remotely.
