Great company and people to work with!
Pros
Met some of the most amazing people so far and a fantastic team to work with. The project that I have been working on is a really fun project with lots of new tech with ample opportunities to grow both professionally and as a person. Management is always keen on getting feedback from everyone and takes swift actions on the feedbacks. Work/Life balance is great with a good flexibility around working from home and working flex hours. Holiday parties, summer picnics etc. Mindex is very keen on investing in your growth and provides all its employees with a Udemy license with access to over 3000 courses. Amazing recruiting team! I am repeating myself, but I have met the most awesome people at Mindex and an amazing team which is what motivates me to go to work each day.
Cons
Not a lot of cons. Except that the PTO policy could be more flexible like it used to be before and dedicated sick leaves in addition to PTO days would be really helpful. YMMV, but I feel that pay could definitely be better especially after comparing with other folks(non-Mindex) working in similar positions as myself in Rochester area.
