Smart people who care about doing good work and fun culture. Budget set aside for training and learning new skills encouraged. Decent benefits, including the ability to work from home if needed. Great work/life balance.

Cons

You're forgotten about if you're not a software developer. Extra responsibilities added to your plate without your job title or pay reflecting it.
