Mindex is a Great Company, But Paychex Isn't

- Great company culture - Fully remote work - Good benefits - Flex PTO - Great Work/Life Balance

Cons

Mindex put all their eggs in one basket: their contract with Paychex. And Paychex knows it. Meaning that Paychex can demand anything from Mindex and they really have no choice but to do it. This includes letting go of 10% of their workforce and replacing them with off-shore developers.

Our customer base is both broad and diverse, spanning multiple industries and regions and encompassing both product and service lines. With over 30 years in business, we've built a resilient foundation, and our decisions are always made thoughtfully with long-term strength in mind. We remain committed to our team and our mission moving forward.
