When needing to work from the office, it's not always very convenient. People tend to take phone calls from their respective work stations, making it difficult to concentrate on your own work at times.

Shout out to my recruiter who made me feel important and valued. I was let go from my employer without notice and was overwhelmed with job searching. I had several interviews that turned into being ghosted or not getting an offer. My recruiter at Mindex took the time to understand my skills and she found a great opening for me. I was so happy to have received a job offer, and thanks to her help in aligning this role with me. Good work life balance!

Adequate growth opportunities for everyone While the work culture is positive, there could be an improvement for promotions and vertical movement within the company.
